IS MANUAL HANDLING MANDATORY IN IRELAND ?
The law requires companies to provide Manual Handling training to employees who perform these tasks regularly. The training is meant to prevent employees from getting hurt or injured at work when doing handling tasks such as lifting, pulling, pushing, or moving loads.
WORKING AT HEIGHTS ?
Working at Height & Harness awareness training course is designed for all personnel who work at height.
Course increases awareness of the hazards and risks involved in working at heights.
This training is also designed for people who may be required to rescue a person from a height.DSE VDU ASSESSMENT ?

- This abrasive wheels training course is legally required for all those who are involved in the purchase & selection, storage & handling, mounting, dressing, and use of abrasive wheels. This includes either fixed (e.g. Bench grinders or polishers) or portable (e.g. angle grinders) abrasive wheels.

What is a BER Assessment ?
A BER assessment is a survey calculating the energy consumption of a property and associated CO2 emissions. During the survey our assessors will examine various aspects of the home including windows, ventilation, water heating systems, space heating and insulation. They will create a diagram and photographic record of the property. The BER rating is then calculated using DEAP software. Ratings range from A to G. 'A 'being the most energy efficient and 'G' being the least energy efficient.
How is a BER Survey conducted?

Survey Fee includes VAT & €30 SEAI fee to download Cert
Dwelling Survey usually from 1-1.5 hrs,depending on size of dwelling and requires :- Drawing a dwelling schematic
- Taking internal measurements of the dwelling(all floors)
- Measuring all external doors & windows
- Surveying all rooms taking note of lighting, radiators, heat sources etc.
- Surveying current heating /water heating/ventilation in place
- If you have any certification indicating U-Values for windows/doors/Wall or Roof insulation or Certs for Boilers etc. ,please provide them on day of survey or via email.
- Please provide MPRN, Eircode and approx. year dwelling was constructed.After calculations are done offsite, these are uploaded,along with survey details to SEAI DEAP software,in order to generate a BER Cert and Advisory report.
An electronic invoice will be issued, with bank details and once payment is received, all documentation is released, along with a receipt.
